You can be working the body but if not working your mind and working on your relationships and stress management I too question is this person “all round” fit to perform their duties.

Would love to discuss further with you- saw a post last night on IG of fire personnel turning to CBD and my local PD installing monster energy drinks in the station break rooms- both are concerning to me and I want to change these narratives of using substances to cope instead of seeking people like myself who are mind-body medicine facilitators in advanced trauma, I’m ret. EMT and chaplain.
